No one is immune from having an ethical complaint being filed against them whether or not the complaint is legitimate. NASW has developed a format to protect the both the social work profession and the clients who are served. Learn what steps are taken to assure all parties are given due process, who is involved in the process, and possible remedies or consequences that result from the adjudication process.
